Who We Are
Moore Family Law has seen first-hand the turmoil that comes to families when they are faced with divorce or separation. But the firm has also seen the healing that results with fair and caring legal advice and representation. The goal of Moore Family Law is to embrace and surround clients as if they were family. My goal as a Minnesota family law attorney is to represent my clients’ interests during the radical restructuring of the family, also called divorce. My hope is that my work will help your family create a better future.

Emily Matson:
I have always wanted to help people who probably wouldn’t otherwise get help. Too often, people find themselves in situations where they feel alone and vulnerable. I want to be the person who can assist you and can make a difference to your future.
My goal is to advocate for people facing legal actions that they didn’t expect or those in situations they can’t effectively manage alone. I want to help these people avoid suffering consequences that could be worse if they don’t find someone to help.
What makes family law different from other areas of the law is that it’s not about winning or losing, and the parties involved shouldn’t be treated as winners or losers. Family law is about fairness and doing what’s best for everyone in the family, whether the family members all continue in the same unit or not.
I believe in helping people resolve their conflicts by coming up with solutions that work for everyone in the most mutually beneficial way possible. I hope I can provide that kind of assistance to you and your family.
